Lionel Hitchen Ltd is positioning itself for growth and is seeking an experienced, dynamic Marketing Executive to help deliver impactful, multi-channel campaigns that strengthen our brand and drive engagement across the global food and beverage industry.

Job Purpose

• Work alongside the Marketing Manager to plan and develop a robust social media strategy.

• Create valuable and engaging content with a focus on improving SEO and generating leads.

• Support the Marketing Apprentice in creating content for social media (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Instagram) and building engagement on these channels.

• Prepare email newsletters and help grow the mailing list.

• Develop thought-provoking email campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

• Produce and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms, evaluating and reporting on results.

• Continuously monitor and report on social media, email, and campaign performance.

• Provide general marketing support across the business.

• Write and proofread copy for various marketing materials.

Essential criteria for this position are:

• University degree in Marketing, Media or a communication related degree

• Fully conversant in: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Creativity – must have an artistic flair and a keen eye for detail

• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

• Willingness to build relationships and be customer focused
