
Ingredients
- 1000ml Mount Gay “Eclipse Rum” 40% abv
- 0.22g E150A (Caramel colouring)
- 50g Sugar
Flavours
- Black Pineapple Flavour FE14213 @ 1.8ml
- Habanero washing HD11134 @ 0.05ml
Method:
1. Measure out 1000 ml of rum (a light golden variety) into a large measuring cylinder.
2. Weigh E150A into a small beaker.
3. Dilute E150A with some of the rum, stir until fully dissolved. Add mixture to final volume.
4. Weigh and add 50g of sugar
5. Add Flavourings
6. Mix all ingredients together until sugar fully dissolved.
