Fajita nacho cheese sauce

Tomato Fajita Nacho Cheese Sauce recipe brings together the smooth richness of cheese with the warm, smokey depth of our authentic fajita flavour ingredients.

Method

1. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over a medium heat. Once foaming add the flour and mix to create a paste.


2. Cook the paste for 1-2 minutes then slowly add the milk and whisk continuously until you have a smooth sauce. Allow the sauce to bubble for 1-2 minutes.


3. Remove the pan from the heat and add in the grated cheese and the cheese slices. Stir the sauce until all the cheese has melted and the sauce is thick. You made need to return it to the heat if the cheese isn’t melting.

4. Add the cheese dip to a bowl, add your flavours and mix until well incorporated.
